It's been a little slow lately, but there is finally some 'action' (or possible action) in the Atlantic. Buried well in the tropics and out to sea, a burst of convection seems to be slowly developing into a tropical depression. The system looks like it is becoming better organized and I am holding out hope that we could see TD Three some time over the next couple of days!
