Just a quick update: not much has changed. Subtropical Storm Andrea seems to be slowly weakening off the Southeast coast. At this point she has been located over the same spot for so long that it seems likely that she is mixing up cold water from deeper in the ocean. With this likelihood in mind, this same slow decay seems probable over the next day or two. The track is uncertain, but I expect very slow movement and all tropical storm force winds are likely to stay offshore.
