While advisories have long since been discontinued on Cimaron, I am still keeping an eye on what is left of the system. A recent burst in convection has been fairly sustained and I suspect that Cimaron could again reach tropical storm strength in the near future as it moves toward Vietnam. We'll keep you posted if the Joint Typhoon Warning Center issues advisories again.
