For all you Western Pacific fans out there, the only current tropical activity is right in your favorite playground. Tropical Storm Cimaron is currently strengthening and moving toward the Philippines and is forecast to become a typhoon before landfall. The latest advisory from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center lists Cimaron with winds of 40 kts, but to me the storm appears to be much stronger than that.
