Tropical Depression Four has become Tropical Storm Debby but is still not a threat. Debby is showing continual signs of further organizing, but is not in a friendly environment. Debby is being slightly sheared and is moving into some very dry air. Current sustained winds are listed at 45 mph and only slow strengthening is expected. However, given Debby's forecast track I do not expect her to threaten land, at least in the short to medium range.
