I was just looking at the observations from the Hurricane Hunter aircraft flying around Invest 91L. They have found flight level winds at 55 knots. This translates into winds around 40-45 knots (45-50 mph) at the surface. However, the center of circulation is difficult to find. The satellite picture continues to look impressive. It should be interesting to see if NHC puts out an intermediate advisory at 2pm. Stay tuned to The StormTrack for more.
