NWS reports:

Morning satellite imagery indicates the depression has lost its closed circulation. The National Hurricane Center is no longer issuing public advisories on this system. It will be closely monitored for signs of regeneration.

There is still a large area of relatively deep convection associated with this system. Accordingly regeneration remains possible, but a loss of a closed circulation is a major setback.
