Subtropical Depression 22 forms

While it's not the most exciting system ever, Subtropical Depression 22 has formed about 450 miles southeast of Bermuda. Accordingly, the Bermuda weather service has issues a Tropical Storm Watch for the island.

Right now the depression isn't looking too impressive on satellite, but it could strengthen within the next day. It is currently over waters that are a little too cool for significant tropical development, but we have little skill forecasting subtropical storms.
