Tropical Depression 19 forms in the Atlantic

11:00pm Update: Nothing exciting to report here. TD 19 still looks healthy and is continuing to get better organized. Overall, nothing has changed from the original post.

It seems that our attention may have been misplaced in the Atlantic. The area south of Cuba can't get its act together, but there is a new tropical depression in the eastern Atlantic.

This depression looks very healthy and is likely to strengthen into a tropical storm in the near future.
