Kenneth falling apart as he heads towards Hilo

Kenneth as continued to fall apart as he approaches Hawaii, and is currently only listed as a tropical depression. Honestly, Kenneth does look very impressive on the satellites.

Please keep in mind that Kenneth is forecast to track right over Hawaii. Even with weak systems, terrain enhanced rainfall can cause flash flooding. During the 90's, inland flooding was the leading cause of death related to hurricanes.
